At Delugs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new watch strap or accessory isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the items are in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact, and securely pack them to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
